2024 DW entries are live!

Entries are open for the 2024 Devizes to Westminster Canoe Race!

The 2024 entry link is now live on the website and paddlers can now get their entries in for this year's race.

Paddlers will notice a significant change to the entry form this year.

We have migrated onto the Tabeized platform to bring DW in line with the Hasler and Waterside entry systems - which many of you will be familiar with already.

This migration has taken a massive effort by three people to whom we are hugely grateful.

Will Abson has done some serious system design changes to fit our complex entry criteria and class categories into the platform, Janet Gillespie and Mark Gribble have spent countless hours detailing system requirements and more latterly running extensive testing routines. A massive thank you to all three of you!!!

The entry system will still be asking for the same information as before, including details of paddling experience and competence.  However, you will be asked to enter your personal details first and then add to your basket, after which you can checkout which takes to you the forms that request all the additional information that DW needs.

You will then receive an email to confirm your entry has been submitted, listing your crew details, the amount you need to pay and details for making this payment.

Once we receive payment, your entry information will be scrutineered by DW and if successful, you will receive an email confirming entry.

If we require additional information, we will email you asking for specifics. If your entry is rejected for any reason, your entry fee will be returned.

The Stage Race entry fees for 2024 have been adjusted to reflect the changes to the finish location, and the entry fees for each class for 2024 are:

Senior Doubles - £375

Junior Doubles - £400

Senior Singles - £250

Veteran-Junior - £360

Endeavour - £360

Relay Trial - £450

Note that the entry fees on the entry form are shown as a per paddler price.

Entries close at midnight on 17th March 2024 (i.e. after Waterside D).
